Discussion with Little Scientists folks with requirements and ideation. Looks like WordPress would be a suitable platform to support the functionality. Wordpress pages created at littlescientistsau.wordpress.com/. Deeper customisation/theming of the WordPress pages would require a payed subscription. Also a Sinatra app has been created as a backup plan.
